What should i wear to a semi formal party?
so this girl i know is having a coming of age party, im not going to know anyone there though. (that has nothing to do with my question, i just like whining about stuff) so anyways, this is going to be semi formal, i havnt seen this girl in years but we somehow got invited. 
the party is in a month, so what kind of dress should i wear? pics or links would be nice. ive got tan skin, im around 5'1 and am very skinny with a small bust.
I think you can never go wrong with black and white. This dress would look good because it's not too long (a long dress would look silly since you are on the shorter side) and I think you could pull it off even with a smaller bust. gojane.com has lots of other cute, inexpensive dresses, but this is one of my faves.
